Responsible for Developing & Maintaining the system to meet the business needs of the company global CRM Solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Hands on MS Dynamics CRM (On Cloud DB Version 9.0) experience require
- Exp. In MS CRM Product Version 2015 and above
- Web Services, WCF, FetchXML, ASP.NET
- Experience in Sales/Service/Marketing module of CRM
- SQL Knowledge
- Use of CRM Libraries
- Knowledge of CTI integration
- Azure Basics
- Integration with BI Tool
- Proficient with customizing, developing, deploying and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Demonstrated proficiency in using latest CRM SDK to develop Plugins, Custom workflows and Scheduled jobs.
Demonstrated proficiency in developing OOB CRM reports and custom SSRS reports.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C# Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployments.
High Sense of Data Quality.
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
